Glocorp CEO Mr. Wendel Santos said that he is pleased to see volume and net revenue growth during the first quarter, which is usually the lowest season of the year, in spite of the macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges that prevail in their operating geography.
“In the first three months of 2017, the number of luxury resort group new signups outperformed the previous year by 30%. However, our major increase in revenue was mostly attributed to larger contract renewals,” said Mr. Santos.
He continued: “Given the positive momentum in Philippines and on Atlantis’s introduction into other Asian markets, we expect to deliver solid results for the rest of the year and continue to focus on our commercial initiatives to drive revenue.
